8 hours in an oven

I was in a bus traveling from Durban to Johannesburg, firstly the bus was late, then when eventually it was dirty and lastly the aircon was not working, 9 hours in an oven, they should really look at the quality of the buses and presentation as we paying for a service which we are not getting.
