8 hour delay in a roach invested bus.

If there were any way to give this a minus 0 rating, I would still feel it is too generous.

We booked and payed for the Greyhound Premium Dreamliner. Our departure time from Cape Town to Pretoria was 7pm. After waiting for 2hours to be picked up at Cape Town Bus Station, we were all pushed into a bus that took us 30 minutes away to Bellville. There we were left on the side of the road for another 3 hours with no bus operators/ representatives or information. Of course trying to phone was also a redundant act. After midnight, a shoddy, roaches infested bus arrived and all passengers were made to get on board. The seats were filthy, the aircon barely worked and leg room was nonexistent. Being squashed into the back seat right next to the loo, some fault happened and the entire bus got flushed with an oven-baked sauna bathroom. It was as if the back of the bus was on fire. The heat and the scent was unbearable.

The drivers were incredibly rude and did not pay any mind to anyone's concerns. They also left people at rest stops twice, forgetting other passengers. The bus had to turn around and go back for them after a woman hysterically started yelling that they had left her husband behind.

There were old people and disabled people that were just left to their own devices, with no assistance or information provided.

Our arrival time was supposed to be 2pm. It is now 9.30pm and we are still on a connecting bus to Pretoria.

This was absolutely shocking and really misleading.
