70 years old lady had a bad experience

On the 22nd of December 2022 I bought a return ticket to Maclear in the Eastern Cape, but I had a bad experience because I was dropped off at Tsolo 50 k from my destination, coming back too there was no bus from Maclear. When I asked for a refund they refused to refund me please help me
