I made an online booking on Monday the 3rd of March for bus departing on Thursday the 6th time 14:40 which is 4 days later .i then got a confirmation email of my booking to my surprise when the driver came and everyone boarded except for me as i was not on his paperwork when i then informed that my ticket is here on my phone and he said he cant take me sgowed the proof kf payment as well still and phoned the call center or back office none of them could find me using the ref no GHAX3TP and nof of them could find me the call center is the worst experience as they kept transferring me back and forth up until one lady actually tried to assist me her name is Confidence other than that greyhound i am very disappointed and looking tknget my refund ill never recommenr them ever again
