2nd time the bus was over an hour and a half late

<p>My husband and I bought my mother in law a ticket to Pretoria from Durban with Greyhound for yesterday morning. The bus left at 8am from Durban bus station and was due to arrive in Pretoria at 4.30pm. When the bus stopped in Joburg they were told they had to change bus to a Citiliner bus to complete their journey. This was after waiting an hour and half for the new bus with very little in the way of communication as to what was wrong. I paid for a luxury ticket on a Greyhound bus, is there going to be any compensation for having to change buses and for only leaving Joburg station after an hour and a half?</p>
