1 Month delay for Refund

Requested a Refund with Greyhound on the 31/10/2025, It has now been 31 days that I have been waiting or my refund with no feedback from Greyhound, they are quick to take our money but not quick to give it back, travel plans changed and still nothing, I will never use this service again.
