Very horrible nightmare.bad seevice

I boarded a bus greyhound from mthatha to Johannesburg,at kokstad,bus decided to leave me,I was left stranded,when I called them they say there is nothing they can do,the ques were long in the garage and I did not see the bus leaving,was told it was the last bus,I must see how do I get to joburg,their service was horrible.
