Terrible service

Grayhound is the worst mode of transportation company to ever exist. I traveled with them on the 5th of January and what a disaster that was, not only was the bus 6hours late but it had ****roaches everywhere. I also cancelled one of my tickets on the 29th of December already and I still haven't received my refund. Everytime I call them I get sent back to the queue and be on hold for over an hour
