Bus Service

Greyhound bus services have horrible customer service and they took my $51. I booked a ticket from dc to new York and missed my bus then I booked another one the same day with a fee and missed my bus. I called greyhound to see if there was something they could do to assist me whether is keeping the money so I can book another ticket with it even with a fee but they wouldn’t. They didn’t care and just said my money was gone and there’s nothing they can do about it.
