Bus Late. Making people wait with for over an hour

Today 15 May 2022. Bus from Richards Bay to Jhb. Bus was late. Then when we got to Pietritief we had to stop and wait. Apparently someone had a late booking and we had to now wait foe over an hour for that person who booked late. Keeping in mind that the bus was over 50% full capacity and they clearly did not consider us. Not happy with the service. Bus driver informed us that he was instructed to wait or fetch those people from paul pietersburg. This bus had to arrive at JHB at 19.40, so one can imagine how late we got there. Keeping in mind that some of us had to then uber home or request to be fetched late which was an inconvenience to others. I feel that Greyhound was extremely inconsiderate and did not take into consideration the people who had to now wait. Keeping in mind that the bus arrived late
