“Waiting Hall - Grey Owl Drive through”

The drive through is beyond slow it’s a walk through. Being a female late at night 21:30 on a public holiday sitting in a car waiting for order to be processed yet alone be served. 25 min for three vehicles & me being no 4 another 15min.

Why not move the customer to parking lot and assist the clients behind them.

It’s a drive through after all not a waiting hall.

Very disappointed not the first time.
