Bad service by Delsy

I am unhappy with the service of Delsy. I was at KFC Grey owl on 12 October 2022 at around 19:18 pm and I ordered a meal and specified that I don’t want white meat and when I collected my order, only to find that all my pieces were off what I requested not to get. I then asked nicely if my meal can be changed or something done and she gave attitude and I asked her to call her Supervisor namely Wendy, she took her time to request her to come attend to me and had a very bad attitude and was rude towards me whereas I was calm.
