Complaint about Grey Hospital

I'm really not one to complain but this has to be heard and attended to. My brother in law has been admitted at Grey hospital at king Williams town, obviously he is sick and would not be here if he was not. The room where he is in whilst waiting for an ambulance to be transferred to Cecilia Makiwane has an open window and we asked if this window can be closed because he is getting cold and he is shivering. We were told no this can not be closed and that is a rule. Is this really fair to patients?
