Grey Goose Game Lodge - Christmas buffet

Chrismas lunch/ buffet - what a horrible, shocking and pathetic experience. Disorganised is an understatement, queuing for food for that long was disgusting especially for Christmas - only one serving point for hundreds of people. No waiters were allocated to tables, merely water to drink was only reserved for elders. Even after complaining numerous times and suggesting a more efficient way of servicing, grey goose was not open to suggestions and actually making Christmas memorable one for their patriots, instead, Christmas has been havoc, and congested. Management of this establishment can't even take care of their staff, openly scolding waiters when trying to communicate customer complaints. If you were thinking about Grey Goose to host your family for Christmas lunch in the future, save your money and cook rather....some customers were prioritized over others depending on your colour of skin, for the money we paid it was not even worth the water we struggled to get in our table.
