After sales service???

Great installation and great product. However when the door is jammed and will not close they cannot help. THis happened on a weekend so I had 3 open stacked doors for the weekend with storms raining in. I sent an email over the weekend hoping for some help on Monday. Monday I called them only to be told that they will come back to me later in the day. I called again later in the day and was told that could not help with emergency repairs. The Tuesday afternoon at 16:00 I was asked to please send pictures of the problem.
