Total incompetence, lack of accountability and urgency

Incorrectly manufactured by Blockhouse shutters in December, Grey Glass systems fitted the doors anyway despite being wrong - stacking doors into the middle of the lounge insteas of against the wall. First they tried to deny liability to sort out. Took them almost 2 months to get the new doors from Blockhouse, and when they fit them there is not even a lock so they cannot even be closed and now my house is unlocked! I got a call to say all was fine, but when i got home it was wrong and they had not bothered to tell me, and arranged no security so that I could be safe as I live alone! Disgusted. Don't ever use either of these companies.
