BAD BSERVICE

<p>I went to Gregs Beds in Hillfox and laybye a matress value R4000, i paid the bed up on 29 October 2016, whereby i was told by the sales man it will be delivered within 7-10 day's.</p> <p>i went back 2 weeks later to query about te bed they told me it has not been delivered yet. from Durban.</p> <p>i then called the Durban branch and told them i must speak to Greg who is the owner, the shop in Hillfox has closed down. i tried calling him Greg for days he does not take my call i then send him a message via sms no reply and then send a message on whatsapp the only reply he gave was he will let the salesman sort it out, the sales man is Donovan, the only person's call he take is Donovan. i told him on the 29th of October i am no longer interested in the bed he must refund me, i send my banking details to the saleman on 01/11/2016 as per request from Greg, up until today i did not receive my money.
