Terrible service, closing before as specified

Afternoon, my husband Mike, went to the storage at 16h40pm yesterday/today 31st Jan, and you were closed...luckily the guard opened for him, this is very uncalled for as you stated above it will close at 17pm, why is this that you have closed the shutters. Our unit is 322A06. This is very uncalled for as Mike works right through the week and Saturdays, yet even now you closing earlier, very disappointed with the service. You need to look at this as "importance" for better service for us customers.
