Frustrated and angry.

I have rented 2 units from them, and when I canceled the one unit (one month in advance) 3 months later I am still waiting for my key deposit on the canceled unit, while they still deduct BOTH units monthly. I have mailed, phoned them numerous times and no answer. Now I have canceled my last Unit with them and when I went down to remove my items my bed was no longer in my unit. I am frustrated with them. PLEASE DO NOT RENT ANY UNITS FROM THEM.
