GREENWAY FARMS - NOT FRESH PRODUCE

I have on more than one occasion bought carrots from Pick 'n Pay and the supplier is Greenway Farms in Tarlton. The carrots are either limp, very dry or, as was the latest case, slimy. It looks like the carrots had been eaten by rats BEFORE packaging because the packet was intact. I reported this to the store and they offered me a replacement packet. However, I called the supplier, and was given an email address to send complaint to, but the emails are not going through and not being responded to. I also cannot get through on the various telephone numbers advertised on the internet. Somebody must take accountability for the shocking quality of the supposed "fresh" produce.
