Great after sales service - great product

The company sells a cloth-based pool filter that replaces the sand in your standard sand based filter. Its a fairly cheap filter solution that is cost effective and easy to install and works great. They give great service and made a lot of effort to assist their clients (me), even months after I bought it. The owner contacted me immediately when I had a small issue and we resolved it on the spot. I give them 5 stars any day!
