Greentek Tunnels -Wont recommend

Approximately 1 year back we got the company called GreenTek Tunnels to come and install a 900 square meter tunnel on our farm, which the company did. The tunnel stood on our property because we was not yet sure what we were going to plant inside it, so it stood on our property untouched. Untill recently we noticed that the one pole on the front of the Tunnel pulled skew to right side and the flap door broke off and when I started inspecting the tunnel the were tears everywhere. So the first thing we did was ,we contacted the company who set up the tunnel and sent them some pictures. The feedback we received were poor ,so we decided to get another company involved just to take a look at it and give us some insight and if they will be able to fix the problem for us. The people who came out said , there is no way that they will touch it or fix it and that we need to get the Company who build the tunnel out to fix their mistakes and that the whole structure and setup was poorly done and that it is bad workmanship. We then got a hold of Greentek Tunnels again , spoke to the guy -they wanted to send out only 1 person to fix the tunnel in a days one days time and that we should pay the guy coming out travel expenses. But the Job was more than a days work and needed more than 1 person to resolve the issues. With all that said and more , it got to a point where the guy is starting to blame us ,because we had to maintain the tunnel and because we did not maintain it its our fault that this tunnel is in the shape it is in. According to the other company that we got to come and take a look at the tunnel , said that if the structure was put up correctly ,and the right equipment was used to install the structure correctly there is not much maintanance to do on a tunnel like this-there is a lot of factors that plays a role on greenhouses or tunnels when setting it up. This company does not want to come out to fix their problems , everything about this tunnel on the inside ,outside and how the structure is joined/welded and connected looks off ,not only to us but even to proffesionals who puts up greenhouses and tunnels everywhere. I do not recommend Greentek Tunnels to anyone , because they shift blame without accessing their work or coming out to see what is going on. And they do not want to resolve issues and problems in a humane way.
