Wimpy greenstone mall discusting

Went to wimpy at greenstone mall this morning to have breakfast while waiting for most shops to open. Just to find a long hair in my food. After I waited 5 min for waiter after she's been called to take the plate of food another guy came out, telling me its from the egg but will make me another plate. After telling him I dont want another plate of food from them it was back and forth going from him trying to force another plate of food on me. I have been cooking for many years and know the difference between egg and hair😠Wish I could add the photo I have taken.
