STER KINEKOR - POOR MANAGEMENT

<p>On the 21st December 2015 my husdand and I decided to go and watch a movie at Ster Kinekor, Greenstone Mall. I was currently 8 months pregnant. </p> <p> </p> <p>We were making our way down towards the cinema when suddenly I slipped and fell down all the stairs. To our horror we realised that there was seasoning salt all over the stairs which is what caused me to slip. The Manager on duty at the time just stood there dumb struck and didn't handle the situation well at all.</p> <p> </p> <p>My husdand rushed me to the hospital and thankfully after a check up at the materinity ward and a follow up appointment the next day with my Gynea we established that baby was unharmed. Sadly I cannot say the same for myself, I was covered in bruises. I have an ugly permanent bruise on my leg to this day.</p> <p> </p> <p>The Manager Zonia contacted us the following day and ask if we could send an incident report which I then sent along with photos on 23 December 2015. I never heard back from her after that.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was told by Witnesses present on the night that I should sue Ster Kinekor, the thought never crossed my mind, I did not claim medical expenses either. All I ever wanted was a formal apology and I got NOTHING!! I think it is rather disgusting! I will NEVER support that Ster Kinekor ever again!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
