Poor customer service

I placed an order at steers greenstone today, at 12:34 and to my surprise till thus time I haven't Received my order when I called at 13:05 they told me that the order was out with the delivery guy

I waited and waited called again at 14:00 told me that the driver doesn't know the address,like really this ppl they don't know customer service then wen I called again for the 3rd time they gave the driver the phone then the driver hanged up his phone on me

I'm so disappointed with the service shame no more going there
