Parking Entrance boom Forever not working

Hi There<br> <br> i will like to lay a Complaint,<br> <br> The Boom at the Gym / Game Entrance last week was not working (this isnt the first time) so the attendant opened the boom and let us in with No Ticket.<br> <br> After my gym session, i went to the exit and rang the help button, the lady on the other side was not helpful at all, i told her i didn't have a ticket etc, she said i must turn around and go into the mall and get a new ticket.<br> <br> I tried telling her that i am in my gym shorts and extremely sweaty and there is no way i will go into the mall like this as this is not my fault that i was not given a ticket, she refused to listen and stopped talking. all while there is a Q of cars building up behind me.<br> <br> i had to ring the help button twice then without any answer from her side the boom opened. How is this service allowed? please can i have feedback.<br> <br> <br> Also when exit the same entrance there is two lanes but 90% of the time the guards block one entrance with a Cone making us Q to one exit, when they feel like they then move the CONE and allow us to use the second exit, i asked the guards why block it if it is working he just said that he has to, and walked away,<br> <br> you are wasting our time and petr
