Lack of professionalism and protection from ********** sellers

<p>A few years ago I purchased a hair straightener from Amika in Greenstone shopping Centre. It was an expensive purchase but the lifetime guarantee convinced me on the purchase. Since then my Amika hair straightener has stopped working and after many attempts of trying to find a contact number for Amika as well as trying to get hold of the person in charge of the companies displaying their products at Greenstone Shopping Center I have still been unsuccessful in reaching anyone who can help me. I feel it is the malls responsiblity to protect the shoppers from wrongful information or companies which practice *****. </p>
