Escalator out of order

<p>I am a regular customer of greenstone shopping centre and am highly disgusted that the escalator has been out for about 2 months!!!! Everyone must cram into the lift each time you need to go to ground level or 1st level. I am also concerned regarding the cleanliness of the bathrooms and overall hygience in the centre!!! Management need to look into this as an urgent concern.</p>
