Chased out the store
On Tuesday afternoon, I was able to grab a few things after work so decided to stop over at our Pick n Pay Greenstone. I do understand that it was a few minutes before closing but it was a few things I urgently needed and once I heard the announcement of the store closing, I rounded up my items and stopped to grab toilet rolls as it was a desperate item I needed, before heading to the cashier. Xolisa Ndidi stopped at my isle and said "you heard the announcement and you walking like that, who is going to help you when all the cashiers are waiting to go home." I then apologized for the delay and she continued to question me and mocked me in my face and insisted that she is the store manager, making me leave all my items in the trolley and leave the store - this was while other shoppers were still in the store. The service recently received from Greenstone PNP is disgusting and pathetic. I will no longer be shopping there and I will definitely not be recommending this store to any place which makes it inconvenient as we always manage to get everything at Greenstone mall. It is upsetting as I do all my grocery shopping and spend alot of time and effort at Pick n Pay and Greenstone mall. I really hope that Pick n Pay employs people who are wanting to work and have good work ethics.
