Title: Targeted Harassment and Biased Enforcement by Estate Trustees

I am a long-standing resident of Greenstone Crest since 2020 with a clean record — until a new neighbor moved into the unit above mine. Since her arrival, I have been subjected to a relentless campaign of noise complaints, despite having no history of disturbances and no complaints from any other neighbors, including Units 353, 354, and 356.

The estate trustees have chosen to act on these baseless complaints without any objective evidence, issuing fines against me while ignoring louder and more disruptive units. This is not only unfair — it is a clear case of selective enforcement and targeted harassment.

Security personnel themselves have acknowledged that the reported incidents do not qualify as noise disturbances, but they are forced to notify me regardless of the complaint’s merit. The complainant has even fabricated claims of “***ual noises” and has attempted to record from her balcony near my bedroom window — an outrageous invasion of privacy.

I have submitted a formal letter to the trustees demanding evidence, transparency, and a fair hearing. To date, I have received no meaningful response. I am now preparing to escalate this matter to the Community Schemes Ombud Service (CSOS) and will not tolerate further abuse or silence from the estate.

This is a warning to others: if you expect fairness, accountability, or support from this estate’s management, you may be sorely disappointed.
