Horrible place. Management at least tried to redeem the experience, which was appreciated. I've been coming here for years now, always had great service and the car was sparkling afterward. Today all of a sudden, I got my car back dirty after paying R120 to have it vacuumed and washed. The staff were incredibly rude when I enquired about why the car was still dirty after they "washed" it. They said that the paint is stained and that they can't clean it. I took a cloth and soap, wiped once and it came off. So they are literally just not washing the cars anymore and hoping you don't realise before driving off? Also giving you a ****ty attitude and tell you to take your car and leave when you politely ask them to clean the car as it is paid for. Absolutely disgraceful. 10/10 would not recommend wasting your time and money here.
