Bad service, dirty bathrooms, mediocre food

After going to Greens Constantia for many years, I was so disappointed by the very poor service, dirty bathrooms and very mediocre food on 3 March. The restaurant was only half full (the inside tables were largely unoccupied the entire evening), but the service was extremely slow and inattentive - we had to get up from our table 3 separate times to call the waiter to take our orders, bring the bill etc. It took about 25 mins for the drinks to arrive and then another 30 or so for the waiter to take our food order. The food was below par - overcooked pizza and bland salad with insufficient ingredients. And the women's bathroom was dirty. There was also no manager obviously available/present. I emailed the manager that night after returning home and have had no reply. Others I have spoken to agree that Greens Constantia has been on a steady downhill track for some time now. What is going on?
