Worst. Service. Ever
The scrubs are very comfortable. But the worst service I have ever recieved in my life. Since I ordered end of Jan, I only recieved them end of March. And honestly not sure if I would have gotten them if I didn't enquire.
Everytime I asked for an update I got a new excuse. No its because of the embroidery. Oh sorry there was a quality issue, your clothes didn't pass the last quality check. (Never mind when I recieved the scrubs there was a small hole in the pocket of the pants.) Then I was apologized to profusely and promised my scrubs will be sent of asap with a discount code. And this message I recieved from the owner. Also to no avail. No discount code and no package was sent.
I do not know how many times we went back and forth trying to get hold of my package. But it was exhausting. And in the end there was a hole in the pocket after it failed their quality check and never recieved the promised discount code.
After my review I was, to my surprise contacted by the owner. She acknowledge and addressed my concerns and apologized profusely. She really impressed me by taking action against one unhappy customer. I think it is commendable that in a business that probably has 1000's of customers she personally addressed a bad review and took action to better her business and her customers experience.
I loved the scrubs, hated the service. But now I believe for me and future customers we can love the service aswell. Thank you Greens for taking criticism constructively.
