Unprofessional. Lack of communication!
Placed my order more than a month ago! Did not receive an order confirmation. It has now been nearly a month and I have still not received my scrubs! I sent an email but no response! The company looks great and professional when you visit their web page but not all that glitters is gold!

Our team have looked through all emails and every email appears to have been responded to. With regards to your order confirmation, our system automatically sends an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed, however, this may have landed up in your spam or promotions folders. Please could you provide us with an order number so that we can investigate further as we cannot pick your details up on our system.
This year, we have experienced exponential growth at Greens and received a huge influx of orders. Due to this rapid expansion, we have had to deal with extended lead times. However, we have opened a second factory and have trained new staff and brought in another shift.
