Poor after sales service and long production time

I have ordered medical scrubs online and I have tried to get hold of them on their contact methods which include email and WhatsApp. My order was 2,5 weeks ago and after 2 weeks they have not rep****. My previous order took 2,5 months to complete. Their after sales service and production time is poor. I am writing this review in the hope that they get back to me - order Nr #7307
