Great scrubs but bad service

The scrubs are great but the waiting time is infinite and is riddled with NO UPDATES. The first time I ordered I was surprised that at this day and age a company doesn’t give a tracking number or updates on the order immediately or at least within days of ordering. I sent them an email to check on the order and I was rudely addressed and told that what I ordered takes time (so it’s my fault for ordering it) but no apology for the lack of updates. First time this happened to me I blame them, 2nd I blame myself coz why did I order from this company again… 1 month later I sent an email to ask for an update on my second order. I get an email back basically saying they will ask on the progress of my order and will get back to me… basically they don’t know the must ask someone else and the waiting continues 🤷🏾♀️
