Disgusting service

It's 2 stars because of the comfortable scrubs they sell. I ordered 2 sets of scrubs on the 29/08/2022. Their lead time is 7-12 working days, my shipping was delayed and I never received any communication from them. I called to find out where my order was and they sent me this email. This was on the 19 September 2022. "This email is to inform you that there has been a slight delay with your order on our production line. This delay is due to the increased load shedding in our country recently, as well as fabric shipment delays." Then 2 days later 21 September 2022 they magically found my scrubs and sent this email. "Your order is on the way. Track your shipment to see the delivery status. (Please note: your tracking number may take up to 2 business days to show up on the courier system. )" I received my order and the black scrub had 2 different shades of black, so visibly clear that you didn't even need theatre lights to see how hideous I looked. I paid R 1,582.86 for 2 sets of scrubs. It's a lot of money. When I made them aware they expected me to pay R310.50 extra for their disgusting mess, in order for me to get new scrubs that would be the same color. Why must I pay when they packed the order and saw it's a black person's order and took advantage of that assuming I'm not intelligent. I will never buy from them
