disappointing fabric and poor communication

I ordered 2 mandarin white scrubs for the 1st time from that company. The design and finishing is very good. However it took 6 weeks to deliver the order and the quality of the fabric is not at all what was advertised.

I was expecting some type of polycotton but the fabric is a mainly polyester and spandex fabric. Very, very stretchy. Unfortunately at the time of my order they had only 2 types of fabric available and I choose the one advertised as the less stretchy one.

Although they look beautiful, they are also very uncomfortable to wear and retain no shape whatsoever. The feeling is of a sport garnement rather than a uniform.

I emailed my disappointment to them immediately, letting them them know.that i will never be wearing those scrubs, but 10 days later I have not hear from them, not even acknowledging my email.

So it seems I have to agree with other customers about their poor communication too.
