We placed and payed for an order on the 9/3/23 for our practice's uniforms. Immediately an email confirming this was sent. It has been more than a month and no parcel is arriving. Instead, we get empty promises from Tianna's emails, our calls are now not being answered. We are now convinced this is a ****. This company does not exist.

Our phone is on between 7:30am and 4pm on regular weekdays and all calls are responded to. If we are unable to answer, our team will call clients back or send a WhatsApp message/email, when we are unable to get through. Please could you provide us with an order number so that we can investigate further as we cannot pick your details up on our system.
Over the past year, we have experienced rapid growth at Greens with a huge influx of orders. This fast expansion has meant that our lead times have been extended at times. To improve this, we have opened a second factory, trained new staff and brought in another shift. We can assure you that our team is working hard to shorten our lead times, without compromising on our quality and ethical production processes.
We appreciate your patience as our business expands and aim to offer the best service possible going forward.
