Horrible after sales service
Terrible after-sales service from Greenpower. My system, which has been running for approximately 3 years and is still under warranty, has been giving me issues since December. I reported the problem in January, and despite multiple follow-ups and repeated promises from Patson, we are now heading into April with no resolution and virtually no support. Greenpower promotes a workmanship guarantee, yet they have failed to respond meaningfully or take accountability for ongoing faults. This level of service is unacceptable — especially for a product that is meant to provide reliability and long-term savings. Instead of saving money, I am now incurring additional monthly costs due to their inaction. I would strongly caution anyone considering Greenpower to think twice, as the after-sales support has been extremely disappointing.
