GREENLEAF PHOTO AND FILM or MY WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER - Nicole Barnard

First of all they want ALL money paid upfront then only delivers about 10 photos 10 weeks later, and these were the best of the lot to be honest, after that we received the rest of our photos that was such poor quality, the worst videography work done for our video clip done with back ground noises playing.... SO unprofesional to have baby crying in the background and peoples voices... just FYI we had NO babies at our wedding. We gave them so much time to rectify all our blurry photos and only excuses came back to us until Nicole eventually admitted that she had camera issues and her focus wasnt working properly. We then told her that we would like to arrange a couple shoot, where we would hire my suite and have my wives make-up and hair all re-done at our own costs, which will make up for all the issues with the photos as well as all the time it took to get this done as compensation from their side and they refused, still want us to pay for their travel and for the couple shoot and this AFTER Nicole promised us, even BEFORE the quality issue of the photos, on the day of our wedding that because time caught up to us with our sunset photos that we couldnt get they would happilly do a couple shoot for us for free just because our photos with the Rhinos and wild life in the sanctuary would be so good for their portfolio etc etc etc... Didnt keep that promise as everything is just extra money, more money upfront before they do anything, or fix anything.

We even sent them videos that our guests took and ourselves as well for them to use in the video clip to give them more content and re-do the video properly so that we can be satisfied with their work, and the response was once again that this will cost more to re-edit!!! Mind blowing!!! The video they provide for OUR PAID service is not up to standard, yet we must pay MORE to have it re-edited with OUR material provided???

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE !!! You will be disappointed in your photos and all services they offer and you will loose very special moments of your big day which they DO NOT SEEM TO CARE ABOUT !!! because they already received their money in full. They even had the audacity to use the first 10 photos they sent us for advertising their business knowing that we are NOT satisfied with their work. Nicole started the negotiations with pricing per hour extra @ R1250/hour at first, AFTER the wedding was done she sent us an invoice and charged R1600 for the extra hour they stayed to work, also debatable but anyway, then after we queried the amount she responded that they actually gave us discount on their hourly rate already as they normally charge R2000 an hour extra... ALWAYS contridicting herself with things said, luckily for WA and emails, the messages doesnt dissapear.

This company has left us editing our OWN photos, where my wife is actually doing a much better job than what Nicole from Greenleaf has done. The time and effort shown by Greenleaf is just SO POOR for someone who is trusted in delivering the best moments of you special day... HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM !!!
