Poor experience with Greenhomes Creation

I have had a very poor experience with Greenhomes Creation. A green house was ordered from Greenhomes Creation. The agreed 50% deposit was paid. Upon query they stated due to being in a different province the full amount needed to be paid, which was in contravention of the original purchase agreement. They stated they would therefore refund the deposit. Three months down the line with numerous e-mails and telephone calls and I have yet to be refunded the deposit. I am still awaiting feedback, but to date, nothing.
