Greenhills appliance repair and Jackie de Beer are dishonest!

*****s! They charged me for a drainage pump but did not replace the pump, giving me a warranty!

The dishwasher did not even last a month when I wanted to return it under the warranty, the owner Jackie de Beer said that she is closing shop, she is in the process of trying to sell it .

She said she would honour the warranty and would send Dumi to come to fix... no instructions was given to Dumi, and Jackie is rejecting my calls, she is leaving whatsapp messages unread. Eventually took my dishwasher to another appliance repair shop to hear that the pump needs replacement...

Very big disappointment as she told me the shop is doing great, that she had it for more than 16 years There is still appliances in the shop, hope the owners of the appliances get their stuff back.
