Dishonest Greengate x86 Eco Estate

We opted to cancel with the development in April 2024 and were sent an acknowledgement letter of cancellation in April 2024. We were presented with 2 options, Option 1 to get our money paid over a 6 month period. Or option 2 which was to have them sell the stand and then pay us. We had selected option 1, and to date have not received any payment. The only response received on this matter was when a review was left on their PVB Rietvallei page, as attached but no payments have been made to date. It has now been 6 months with our money not being paid back to us. This experience has been a nightmare for our family
