Awful customer service

GreenFrost Refrigeration installs and “services” AirConditioning units. They had installed two into my house before I bought it. I have tried without success for no less than 15 attempts at getting them to respond to my requests to service the units. The first few messages went unanswered. Then the owner Pierre Kloppers called me and said he would arrange for a team to be in my area the following Tuesday. No show. Since then all calls have gone unanswered as have all messages. I have asked him to give me an alternate company who will service the units since they clearly don’t want my business. Even no response to that. Shocking shocking shocking customer service.
