this company bassically robs a person "legally"....I tried to get a refund four times but failed. the account managers dont let you request refunds, they deduct money from your account for inactivity but a refund proves impossible. their so called support call centre cannot help...they do not know their head office telephone number or email addresses nor do they know who is in charge of this company. One cannot get ones money back period.....
