Poor service

This company does not meet their promises before buying a house from them, they alwerw supposed to hand over to CSI management but nothing has been done, the electric fence is not working entirely , only one gate is working, we were promised a AGM but nothing is happening and CSI says they have not delivered, we've need paying levies but it looks like we need to find our own security, there's no park for kids, the alarm system is broken, and they never communicate with us, I wouldn't advise people to buy room green-eyed, it's problem after problem and our issues are not treated with urgency
