Pete Moore & GreenAgric

I bought a tunnel from Peter Moore at GreenAgric in December 2018. The tunnel was ZAR 11,660.00. The tunnel took three to four months to reach my home, it arrived in bits. When we finally tried to erect it, it was faulty. The poles does not fit into some of the sleeves on the tunnel. I have reached out to Peter Moore the owner of GreenAgric who we spoke to during the sale of the tunnel.

Peter has reverted asking for various images and measurements, we supp**** all the info and he has gone quiet. We have asked for a refund. I even made two videos to show the tunnel parts does not fit or work properly and he has not responded back. I truly feel that we should be refunded in full after experiencing so many delays and receiving a defective product. The instructions to erect the tunnel is also very basic an unclear. We asked other people that purchased a tunnel from Pete to come and help us and they to quickly confirmed that our tunnel was faulty.
