TV exchange

Good afternoon

My name is shaqur and I have recently bought a flat screen sumsaung TV at Greenacres shopping center. The TV I bought is like 4 days old but when I wanted to set up the TV and a saw the TV is cracked so that I took it back but the refuse to refund me or give me a other TV. So I just want a little information as to what I can do moving forward and I didn't even got to test the new TV but if there is anything use can do please I need help.
