Greenacres College

I need help in receiving poor results for my daughter Grade 8. I enrolled her at Greenacres College very well presented as excellence in helping kids to reach full potential. Was very impressive and this is who and what I believed in and trusted them with my daughter being a excellent student passing with 4 distinctions, they accepted her for 2023.

End of 2023 my daughter fails a excellent student. The whole year teachers left and came, my daughter had 3 different English teachers for the year including the principal teaching them, no communication to us as parents what is happening, now my daughter fails English. They had no Afrikaans teacher for 2 terms which again the principal gave them lessons 3rd term and now my daughter passes Afrikaans how. Maths she failed also not getting intervention classes frm the start they only requesting now that she fails what will they put effort in next year.

My daughters results compare to grade 7 and now grade 8 fell drastically, I dnt even know how bec this is a private school where was the extra effort with small classes 12 to 15 kids in a class but my daughter failed.

The school relocated so June our kids was forced for homeschooling all on their own with no help just poor lessons given went back and wrote June exams and my daughter fails. So Relocated, Changing multiple times different teachers to teach them, not giving extra attention to kids that performs poorly putting effort in to help.

12 kids in a class R4350 PER MONTH RELOCATING HOMESCHOOLING BY FORCE

I HV ASKED TEACHERS IF THERE IS ANY HELP MY DAUGHTER NEEDED AND THERE WAS NON, NOTHING WAS REQUESTED.

WENT TO SPEAK TO PRINCIPALS AND AND ALL THEY SAID THE UNSTABLENESS HAPPENS BY EVERY SCHOOL AND THEY NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS. HOW DO I PAY 70 000 PER YEAR FOR NEGLIGENCE TOWARDS MY CHILD. THEY DNT WNT TO HELP THEY REFUSE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR NOT BEING STABLED TOLD ME THEY HAD A RUFF YEAR BUT THEY CANNOT TAKE THE BLAME FOR RELOCATING AND FOR KIDS HAVING TEACHERS IN AND OUT. I FEEL THAT MY DAUGHTER WAS LEFT ALONE WASN'T CONCENTRATED ON AS A PRIVATE SCHOOL DIDN'T MAKE MY CHILD PRIORITY TO ENSURE SHE GETS THE HELP THAT WE PAYING FOR.

PLEASE HELP ME MY DAUGHTER IS EXCELLENT AND GREENACRES MADE HER A POOR WEAK STUDENT. I CANNOT PUT MY CHILD IN A DIFFERENT PRIVATE SCHOOL WITH A FAIL POOR RESULTS BEC OF THEIR UNSTABLENESS WITH BEING UNBOTHERED AND SAYS TO ME WITH 3 DIFF ENGLIH TEACHERS FOR THE YEAR THEY CANNOT GIVE HER MARKS EVEN WITH FORCED HOME SCHOOLING IT WILL CAUSED THE SCHOOL TO CLOSE DOWN...BUT NEGLIGENCE FROM THEM.

HELP ME PLEASE THEY MESSED MY DAUGHTER UP PASSING ENGLISH AND NOW SAYS ITS NOT THEIR FAULT EVEN WITH NO COMMUNICATION OR CALLING ME IN TO SIGN AR to say possibility to fail nothing I questioned and the principal says she could see if there is a possibility that my daughter might fail.
